At Bags Collection, we want to ensure your gear is ready for every adventure; that is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all our sports bags and tactical packs. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the bag you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all zippers are closed and any included accessories or rain covers are inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the bag, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
